Brompton Seatpost Bung

Never lose your Brompton seatpost bung again! This seatpost bung uses a multiple 3D printed parts and a titanium screw to create a super secure stopper for your seatpost. 

Why?

• At approximately 9g, it is lighter than the standard Brompton bung (9.5g)
• It will not fall out, don't need to spend £6 to get a new one every time you lose it
• Secure enough to put things like a mini pump, zipties, tubes, etc in the seatpost AKA more storage space!

If you are an OG Bromptoneer, you'll know that it functions very similarly to the old style seat post bung which has long been discontinued.

I offer several versions:

• Brompton steel/titanium seatpost (~9.1g)
• Carbon fibre seatposts with an internal diameter of approximately 27mm, WITH flared base to allow seat height adjuster function (~8.7g)
• Carbon fibre seatposts with an internal diameter of approximately 27mm, WITHOUT flared base (~8.4g)

I personally prefer without a flared base because I keep a mini pump and some emergency supplies in my seat post and it is easier to access if I can pull my seat post straight out of the bike.

To install or remove the bung, you need a 3mm allen key.
