3D Printed Titanium and Carbon Fibre Rack

Carbon fibre and 3D printed titanium rear rack for Brompton Advanced Rear Triangle!

Rack on it's own without any bolts weighs about 110g.

Rack will come with 4x M6x20mm and 2x M5x10 titanium screws.

Rack does not come with the Ultralight Easy Wheels, they can be bought here. The rack is compatible with Easy Wheels up to 72mm in diameter.

Rack with 2x 55mm Ultralight Easy Wheels, 2x 66mm Ultralight Easy Wheels and fenders (307.5g) weighs about the same as just the Brompton Advanced Rear Rack without any fenders or easy wheels (294.3g)! 

I would conservatively rate the rack with a weight capacity of 10kg. I have not tested it to breaking but it is meant for a lightweight Brompton build. I do not recommend using it on 14kg+ bike. 

For the fenders I will supply them with the mounts suitable for your bike, I will email you for more information. I can have the fenders predrilled for the mudflaps with 17mm hole spacing or non drilled. The mudflaps will be 3D printed which can be a bit fragile. I recommend these from Aliexpress, at least for the front, which is more durable.

Again, note that this is for the Brompton Advanced Rear Triangle, not the older style triangle. I may make one for the older triangle in the future, if you are interested, please let me know!
