You will need to \u003cstrong\u003eapply blue threadlocker\u003c\/strong\u003e on the screws into the headtube which is not included! The bolts should be torqued to 4Nm. It does not need to be very tight to stay in place, the loctite once cured will prevent the bolts from backing out.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA few more installation tips:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou might need to remove the bag clip to install the lower bolt but you can loosen it and turn it to the side.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eI also include an extra bag clip in case the first once breaks. The rack is compatible with Easy Wheels up to 72mm in diameter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRack with 2x 55mm Ultralight Easy Wheels, 2x 66mm Ultralight Easy Wheels and fenders (307.5g) weighs about the same as just the Brompton Advanced Rear Rack without any fenders or easy wheels (294.3g)! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI would conservatively rate the rack with a weight capacity of 10kg. I have not tested it to breaking but it is meant for a lightweight Brompton build. I do not recommend using it on 14kg+ bike. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor the fenders I will supply them with the mounts suitable for your bike, I will email you for more information. I can have the fenders predrilled for the mudflaps with 17mm hole spacing or non drilled. The mudflaps will be 3D printed which can be a bit fragile. I recommend \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.aliexpress.com\/item\/1005006625315619.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003ethese from Aliexpress\u003c\/a\u003e, at least for the front, which is more durable.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAgain, note that this is for the Brompton Advanced Rear Triangle, not the older style triangle.
